Paradise Square is conveniently close to UNLV and Harry Reid International Airport, which makes it a practical home for students, university staff and anyone who works at or travels through the airport. Yes. Each apartment includes one assigned carport parking space, so you always have a shaded spot to come home to. Contact the leasing office for details on parking for your specific apartment.

Yes, Paradise Square is a pet-friendly community. Dogs and cats are welcome, up to two pets per household, and dogs have a weight limit of 35 pounds at full-grown size. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. See our Pet Policy for full details, and contact the leasing office before you apply so there are no surprises on move-in day.

Yes. Apartments are Wi-Fi ready with a pre-installed modem, so you can get connected quickly after move-in. New Cox customers receive their first month of service free. Contact the leasing office for details.

Yes. Paradise Square has on-site laundry facilities available to all residents. Contact the leasing office for details on laundry for your specific apartment.

You can apply online directly from the Floor Plans page. Choose an available apartment, review the terms and complete the secure application. Twelve-month leases are available. If you need to schedule your move-in more than ninety days out, contact the leasing office first so we can plan the right home for you.

Residents can pay rent online with free e-check or credit card, and cash payments are accepted through MoneyGram. Log in to the resident portal to make payments and submit maintenance requests. Our on-site maintenance team is here to keep your home in great shape.
